The view from behind home plate at Paul Walsh Field.

The view from down the first base line. Walsh Field is on the campus of New Bedford High School, and school buildings sit behind left field.

The view from down the third base line. New Bedford High School's football stadium sits beyond the right field fence. That field was once the site of Sargent Athletic Field, the home of the New Bedford Whalers from 1903-1934.

There is a large amount of foul territory behind home plate, enhanced by an alcove in the backstop fence.

The outfield at Paul Walsh Field. A grove of trees behind the center field fence provides the batter's eye, and the fence is taller in the relatively short center field than in the corner fields.

The pressbox behind the plate, with a small bleacher section in front. Large, elevated bleacher sections sit down both base lines.

A group picnic area and the visiting bullpen behind the third base dugout. The net is to stop foul balls from going into the nearby street.
