Luxury Boxes and the roof behind home plate. The pressbox is located down the first base line, as the stadium has also seen use as a football field. A sports bar and restaurant sits behind the left field wall, offering fans an air-conditioned place to watch the game on a hot Texas night. The playing surface at AirHogs Stadium is entirely artificial turf, but unlike most parks, berm seating is also artificial. Between the pool and the outfield bleachers pushing out into the field of play, the wall at AirHogs Stadium features several sharp angles and tricky alcoves. A wiffleball field in the outfield playground also features a curved protrusion in the outfield fence, mimicking the main field. |
